        Declan O’Shea
President and CEO

Declan O’Shea is President and Chief Executive Officer of  Vector Aerospace Corporation, having been appointed to the position in March 2008. Declan has amassed a distinguished and highly successful 30 year career in the aerospace industry, specifically in the maintenance, repair and overhaul sectors. 

His extensive aerospace background includes tenures with SR Technics, where he served as Executive Vice President Sales, Marketing and Business Integration leading the SR Technics’ Sales activities around the globe. Prior to this, Declan held the position of Chief Executive Officer of SR Technics, Ireland and was employed in various senior management positions for FLS  Aerospace and Team Aer Lingus.

During his career he has held senior management and board of director positions with Dublin based TEAM Aer Lingus, UK based FLS industries and Swiss based SR Technics.

He is a licensed aircraft engineer and holds an MBA from Dublin City University in Ireland. 

Brian Thompson
Senior Vice President, Commercial

Brian Thompson is the Senior VP Commercial for Vector Aerospace Corporate.

Brian is a former President of Vector Aerospace Engine Services – Atlantic located in Summerside, PEI. Brian joined ES-A in 2006 with a strong senior management background in both the public and in the private sector with Bell Aliant and CP Rail.

Brian holds a BBA from UPEI and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario (Ivey).


  Emmanuel Bourgeais
Chief Financial Officer

Emmanuel Bourgeais is the CFO of  Vector Aerospace, appointed to this position in August, 2015.

Emmanuel joined Eurocopter, now Airbus Helicopters, in 2004 as Group Comptroller and, in 2007 was appointed to Group Business Controller for S&S. Since 2011 he has been CFO of Airbus Helicopters Spain. Prior to joining Airbus Group, he worked as a consultant on various projects and Industries across Europe.

Emmanuel has a Masters degree in Finance. 


  Jeff Poirier
President, Engine Services – Atlantic

Jeff Poirier was appointed President of Engine Services – Atlantic in 2011. Jeff joined ES-A in 1993, initially working in  the company’s accounting department, and served in a number of senior roles, including as Vice President of Customer and Technical Services from 2008.

Jeff is a graduate of the Holland College Accounting Technology program.


  Paul Cockell
President, Helicopter Services – North America

Paul Cockell has over 34 years of aeronautical experience, including 18 years in management. Paul has been employed with Vector and its predecessor companies for 12 years.

In his current role as President of the Vector Aerospace Helicopter Services Inc. division, he is responsible for overseeing all the Canadian (Richmond and Langley) and U.S. (Andalusia, AL) business and operational activities with a combined workforce of 580 employees.

Prior to joining Vector, Paul was Director of Operations at MTU Maintenance Canada, he was responsible for production including CF6-50, CFM-56 engine lines, inspection, build, test, accessories and warehouse. Paul gained progressive management experience with: Rolls-Royce Canada, Rolls-Royce GTE, and Rolls-Royce PLC including military aero-engine product support, R&O inspection, and program management for Adour F405 R&O, Industrial Trent development and Allison AE3007 engines.

Paul is a graduate of both Brunel Technical and Rolls-Royce College in the UK.
    Christian Venzal
CEO, Vector Aerospace – France

Christian Venzal was appointed Chief Executive Officer for Vector Aerospace – France, within the Vector Aerospace Corporation, effective from April 2014.

Christian has over 25 years' service with the Airbus Group, in numerous commercial, business development, procurement and cross-country tendering roles. Prior to joining Vector he held the position of Senior Manager, Strategy and Company Development, where most recently he worked on mergers and acquisitions and post-merger integrations.

Christian holds two Masters degrees from the University of Toulouse in Business Administration and in Econometrics.

  Owen McClave
Managing Director, Vector Aerospace – UK 

Owen McClave is the Managing Director of Vector Aerospace – UK.

Owen has over 20 years' experience in Aerospace MRO as Managing Director of Pratt and Whitney’s facility in Dublin and CEO of Lufthansa’s facility in Shannon, Ireland.

Owen graduated in Business from Trinity College, Dublin and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant.


    Tracy Connelly McGilley
Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer

Tracy Connelly McGilley is the VP General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Vector Aerospace Corporation.

Prior to joining Vector Aerospace in 2009, Tracy held various positions at Nortel Networks from 1999 through to 2009, including Assistant General Counsel - Corporate. Prior to joining Nortel Networks, she was an associate at Fasken Campbell Godfrey (now Fasken Martineau).

Tracy obtained her BA (1992) from York University, and her LLB (1995) from the University of Western Ontario. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 1997.

    Claire Silvester
Vice President, Human Resource

Claire Silvester is Vice President, Human Resources at Vector Aerospace.

Over the past 20 years, Claire has gained considerable knowledge and experience as a human resources management specialist. She previously held the role of Director, Human Resources for Vector's UK division, overseeing the HR program for its two main sites based in Gosport, and Almondbank. Prior to joining Vector Aerospace, Claire held increasingly responsible human resources positions at Aliaxis, Lafarge, Associated Foods and Lloyds.

Claire holds a BSc Psychology from London University, and a Masters of Science in Occupational Organizational Psychology from East London University. Claire is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). 
    Graham Bailey
Vice President, Business Transformation

Graham Bailey is the Vice President Business Transformation for Vector Aerospace based in Toronto, Ontario. 
Graham has over 20 years of senior financial and business development experience. Graham joined Vector Aerospace in 2010 as Vice President Finance for the Vector Group. Prior to joining Vector Aerospace, Graham held various senior financial and business development positions with large Canadian international companies in the retail, mining and BPO industries.

Graham holds an Honours BA from University of Toronto, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990.
