Vector Aerospace Corporation, a global independent provider of aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul ( MRO ) services has concluded through a wholly owned subsidiary the acquisition of a repair and overhaul facility for PT6A model engines located in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Vector announced today the closing of the issuance of an additional 1,065,000 common shares, at a price of $6.35 per share, for gross proceeds of $6,762,750.

Vector Aerospace Corporation will hold a third quarter 2009 conference call at 3:00 p.m. EST on Friday, November 13, 2009. The conference call will review Vector’s results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2009.

Vector has been awarded a subcontract from Army Fleet Support at Fort Rucker, Alabama in support of the United States Army TH-67 (Bell 206) Flying Hour Program.
