Vector Aerospace Corporation, a global independent provider of aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul ( MRO ) services has concluded through a wholly owned subsidiary the acquisition of a repair and overhaul facility for PT6A model engines located in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Vector announced today the closing of the issuance of an additional 1,065,000 common shares, at a price of $6.35 per share, for gross proceeds of $6,762,750.
