Vector Aerospace launches new UK-based Designated Overhaul Facility for PW307/308 Engines

Toronto, ON- Vector Aerospace Corporation (Vector ) www.vectoraerospace.com one of the world’s leading independent provider of aviation maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services announces that it has inducted its first two PW308C model engines at its recently opened Designated Overhaul Facility (DOF) for Pratt & Whitney Canada’s PW307A, PW308A and PW308C model engines. The new operation is situated at Vector Aerospace-United Kingdom’s Fleetlands facility.

John Seidl, director for P&WC engine services at Vector’s United Kingdom Engine Services operation emphasizes these PW308C engines (installed on Dassault aircraft) will be the first of many to pass through the Vector-UK facility. “We have only been in business in the United Kingdom since September 2009, however Vector-Atlantic has a well established history of providing best-in-class repair and overhaul services for Pratt & Whitney Canada engines and their operators around the globe,” says Seidl. “Our new United Kingdom DOF is an extension of Vector-Atlantic’s superior customer service and quality, and we are extremely pleased to have a base of operations located in Europe to extend our support to operators around the world".
